why didn't I think of that

got a few e-mails

i was told i SHOULD have called the Radisson's 1-800 number

from the room

when they asked what i wanted

complain & ask to be connected to the Radisson in Norfolk

tell them the room i was calling from & that the front desk wouldn't

answer the phone

it WOULD show i was calling from the hotel

OTOH

the OTHER FA's room phone didn't seem to work either

i s'pose i COULD have called from the cell

my room was cleaner than hers

her shower head didn't work

her remote didn't work

i guess when i go into a room

i will check EVERYTHING
if somehing isn't working

i WILL go down to the desk & raise a ruckus

altho, i went downstairs after they didn't answer the phone

no one was at the desk to complain to
