dinner on Mon

White Chili
med stew pot
3 chicken breast
6 chicken thighs
cover with water
cook till done
cut up into pieces
1-4 oz can chilis
1-4 oz can jalapenos
1-15.8 oz great northern beans
1-15.5 oz small white beans
1-15.8 oz crowder peas
1-16 oz navy beans
1-15.5 oz black eyed peas
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 med yellow onion
4 tsp cumin
3 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
simmer for 2 hours
serve w/ grated cheese on



Corn Bread
mix well
1 cup white creme corn
1 cup sour creme
2 eggs
1/ cup oil
combine
1 cup Self Rising corn meal
used Martha White - White corn meal
2 teas baking powder
add to corn mixture
1 - 8 x 8 pan = greased
400 degree oven
30 minutes
5 minute chocolate cake
in a coffee / tea mug
put in
4 TBL sugar
4 TBL flour
2 TBL cocoa
mix together
add 1 egg
3 TBL milk
3 TBS oil
mix WELL
microwave for 3 minutes
when it stopps rising
pour onto a saucer & eat









so

cleaned the bathroom
cleaned the car
need to wash the exterior
buy carpet cleaner for the seats & carpets
cleaned the kitchen
mopped the floor
vacuumed the house
laundry is done, folded AND put away
washed a bunch of panty hose
need to
clean out & organize the bathroom closet
buy more book cases & bins to organize the rest
of the stuff in the bedroom
get rid of some stuff
use the treadmill
finish Nancy's Sox
finish Nikki's Bagettede-clutter some more
come up with an idea for the
Whenever Stock & Sox
knit Maddy's Stocking
send stocking & baby banket to Maddy
mail postcards i bought for the munchkins
alphabetize the CD's
re-do the iPod
