CHICKEN FINGERS

Mix for egg wash

1 egg
2 tablespoons of milk

Coating
2 sleeves crushed cracker
2 tablespoons season salt
1 stick butter melted

Mix coating in bag.
Dip chicken in wash, then in the coating, then put on a baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes at 375
