EGG SALAD

When I was flying, going through DEN, and there was time, I would go to Heidi's Deli for a Hell's Kitchen.

I LOVE Egg Salad.

I LOVE Deviled Eggs.

I LOVE Bacon.

Since there is no Heidi's anywhere close, I think I will cook the pack of bacon & hard boil 2 dozen eggs. Make 1 dozen into Deviled Eggs & 1 dozen into Egg Salad & mix all 3 together for yummy goodness.
Too bad there is no cheese to add to the sandwich.

1 pound of Maple Smoked Oscar Mayer bacon, O.M.G!

Ate the entire pound while it was cooking

17 eggs ~ now to unshell & make egg salad
