so ...

i NEED food
i am tired ..
hope i am NOT comin' down with another sinus infection
anyways ....

TUNA salad is easy & nutrious

to find out HOW to boil eggs

i haven't lost any more weight
GOOD NEWS
i haven't GAINED any - this is amazing
seeing how i have eaten the last 2 trips
since i left my FOOD at home
BETTER NEWS
this past trip, i left the food in the fridge
so it's STILL edible

anyways
stuck at 180 pounds
so i made tuna salad to eat
eating it on multigrain crackers
NEED to crunch a little
the FAVORITE way to eat tuna
on Toasted Brownberry Health Nut Bread
with Mozzerella cheese
YUM!!!!!
but, i am forgoing the cheese

on a good note
i found my Butt & Thigh Masters
i can use them while i am home
along with the Ab Slide
and the Treadmill

Felted the Stocking
what i was looking for when i found the exercise stuff
was a Stocking Hanger
guess i need one for the Stocking
:(
anyways, i am gonna embellish it
found the stuff i need while i was looking
but NOT finding a Stocking Hanger
someone is thinkin' ahead
lookin' for a felted bowl pattern
to make to hand out goodies on Halloween
printed a few out
i can make a smallish one
and keep it on the bathroom vanity to hold make-up & stuff
gettin' offline to embellish the STOCK
or i mite knit on the mitered bag
rite now, i gotta line up the color changes
gotta pick up something @ the PO tomoro
so, i will hafta go see IF i can find more SWS to finish the bag
so, knittin' it tonite is a GOOD idea
dishwasher stopped
now it's time to run things thru the washer & dryer

NEVER started the washer
