days off ..

yesterday,

i caught up on my sleep

i worked on cleaning off the desk

succeeded .. sort of

got stuff filed

got some stuff ready for TAXES

waiting on W2's to show up

gonna get them done while i am off

first week of Feb

today

went to get the oil changed in the car

AND had a nail removed from the tire

knit on Bjork for 15 minutes

got a mechanic

NOW i still need a dentist

and a nail tech

stopped into beauty supply store to get shampoo & conditioner

RED nail polish

someone stole the antenna ball from my car

it WAS shaped like a bottle of RED OPI polish

it was on the car for 3 1/2 years

i saw it driving away on a white car

PISSED me off big time

anyways

gotta take off the polish on my toes

RE-polish them

put nails on - gonna fiberglass them

then polish them Big Apple Red

need to finish laundry & pack

got food to prepare

hhhmmmmm

what to take to knit

of course

the Bjork

i WANT this done ..

too many people have seen me knitting it

and they expect to see the end result

they will be SHOCKED when they see it

i am sure they will think it is Bizarre

even for MOI!!!

don't think i will need more than one project

i have 3 skeins of yarn to go on the Bjork

OTOH

i mite take the shawl i started in New Orleans

OTOH

i like the pattern

but would PREFER it to be a solid color

mite leave the yarn for the Bag Swap

i HAVE solid blue that would work

but i would need a size 15 circ

i have one somewhere

i will probably break my resolution to NOT buy yarn

thinkin' a friend needs a cozy afghan to snuggle up on

the couch in her new house

or a shawl

she LOVES purple

i don't have that much purple here

ANYWAYS

i gotta do something

even if it's wrong

gonna try to e-mail abby again

yahoo won't let some of my e-mails go thru
