UFO's

OK

so i have a FEW UFO's

thought i would LIST them

Not sure it's a good idea

the PLAN is to start finishing them

UFO, NEW project, UFO

you GET the idea

well .. here goes

by definition

UFO = UnFinished Object

there are Several degrees of UFO

1) one i put down but intend to get back to = NOT forgotten

usually somethingELSE came along

2) there will be ( i am sure) some Forgotten Articles

i NEED to figure out how to put the status thingy on the side of the

blog so I (&YOU) can track my progress

SO ....

1) there is the Knitting Bag - only needs the strap

i stopped knitting mid-strap - when i resumed, the gauge was different

so i will HAVE to rip the strap & re-knit it

it will have to be a day when i have NOTHING to do &

can knit the entire strap in ONE sitting

it is TOO large to fit in my bag, so i can't take it with me

Several other Bags

2) Short Row Bag out of Licorice - made a mistake on a wedge

gotta figure WHERE the mistake is, rip it & fix it

3) SAME pattern out of Caron Felt-It

came out smaller so only ONE side was knit

4) a MITERED square using #13 needles & double stranded SWS

when i put things down

i SHOULD keep a copy of the pattern & notes with it

not sure HOW i will finish some of these IF i don't have

a clue what i was doing

5) a baby afghan i started in March 2002

it's a mitered square pattern

using Lorna's Lace Superwash

6) Vase & Flowers that will be felted

some of the flowers are done

want to felt the WHOLE thing at the same time

7) a mitered bag out of Karaoke

8) 2 pair Opal Sox

using a spiral

2nd sock will spiral opposite direction

9) a sweater i Kool-Aid dyed the yarn for Oct 2003

started it & didn't like the gauge

want a RIBBED Turtleneck

think i decided i NEEDED another pattern

10) a poncho out of a JoAnn yarn

i want a Hooded Poncho

the pointy in the front kind

the plan was to add Fun Fur around the face

& at the bottom

11) English Garden Bag

waiting on LYS to re-open after inventory

will order yarn colors i want to use

Aran Marl, Print & Soft Brown

the embellishment will be the other colors

not sure how i will embellish, but leaning toward

FALL LEAVES

then i haft figure the top out

i prefer shoulder straps

12) bag to put pockets in

the pockets are done

gotta fiure out the pattern & knit the bag

i am AFRAID to look for more

i KNOW they are here
