1/2 hour on treadmill
Tried the eliptical, it's too fast .. Stair stepper was too stiff

NOW, I am awake

weighed in @ 169 a few minutes ago

weather hopping

last year this time,

i primarily stayed in the same temporate zones

as the flying goes farther,

i have to deal with more temperature changes

so, it effects my ears & sinuses more

the shorter trips can be as much of a challenge

with the constant changing of pressurization

i keep having to deal with sinus issues

not sure how much longer i will be able to

keep up flying

ears have bugged me for a few weeks when i am on the planes

it can take an hour for them to stabilize

once i am on the ground

waiting for them to pop again

had fun flying with Beverly & Shellie

was bumpy but i LIKE it bumpy

got to walk with Rose 2 times

saw Kara

wish my right ear would pop

so much for different climates
