abs need SERIOUS help

after 2 etopics & 1 hysto

i have NO ab muscles

so a few years ago

i bought an ab slide

i gave it to my neice when i

left Indy

well .. i found this one

it will disassemble so i can take it with me

when i fly

and it was $15 including shipping

so, it arrived while i was gone

used it on Mon

and tues

later tues when i laughed

it HURT

that means the muscles have been awakened

talking to Nancy last nite

i was laughing more

it HURTS (in a good way) to laugh

used it today

will use it before i go to bed

i can feel UPPER Abs
