i just spent 148 minutes ( and some seconds)
talking to Chris(?) from New Jersey
he is tech support @ Sprint in OKLAHOMA
he did a great job
great sence of humor
speaks coherant American
i had issues with the phone
he resolved them
explained how to do a few things i was debating
NEW RINGTONES
explained in terms i could understand
anyway
now, i can once again
take pix & e-mail them from the phone
i can 3 way call
i can talk on the phone & if someone calls me
it doesn't go straight to voicemail
it ACTUALLY rings
i will like my phone MUCH better now
headin' to bed
will take pix tomoro
